Entretien
Very extensive and in depth process that culminates in a 1:1 interview with a regional manager. Very abrupt interview style and made me leave not wanting the job! Up until then I had a reasonably positive interview experience

Do you think you could have done better on your a levels if you hadn’t of had a part time job?
Ridiculously long process and could have been much shorter. Lack of communication and support. No feedback was given after a 6 stage interview process. Went through all 6 stages over several months and only got an email at the end to say I'd been unsuccessful, nothing more.

Final interview- background overview, v intense questions re family, expected to back up with concrete examples

Entretien
Group interview. Several stages of presentation and problem solving exercises. 6 people were present and the whole interview took less than 3 hours. Most of the questions revolved around theoretical scenarios that were relevant to managerial roles.
