There are probably 5 or 6 steps in the entire process. First there is a mental math step. Next step was a behavioral test. Next step was a one sided web cam test.

The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.
