Interview process was pretty straightforward; read the other reviews to get an idea. However, the phone interview is lethal. Personality test and math tests were a breeze, video interview was easy as well. Phone interview though... the questions got much more difficult. Make sure you're aware of calc-based statistics and risk calculations for stocks/bonds.
