First got a hackerrank test. The test was difficult. It had to be given in Python/C++. One of the questions involved a machine learning task but without any library like numpy. Then a technical phone screen. The interviewer asked many rapid fire questions about Python (since I gave the test in python). Then he asked me a question related to Maths and probability.

Had my Akuna Capital quant dev interview recently — they asked two LeetCode-style questions (an easy warmup and a medium one). I solved both, felt good about it, but still got the rejection email the next day. Tough process, but good practice.
