I applied on linkedin. If your skills are best fit for the role, they arrange a Telephonic screening interview. If your are successful they call you for 1st Techinical interview. This is a face to face and if your are successful, you will be called for next and final stage interview (2nd Techinical interview and HR).

One telephone interview and then face to face. Not a single technical details asked. Not even in face to face interview which is very strange as usually companies are keen on knowing the technical competencies. They do not bother to give feedback even though I followed up many times which is very unprofessional. It has been more than a month and no single word from HR. Why would some one want to work for the company who fails to even convey feedback to the candidates. A big No No for the company.
