I was contacted first by corporate HR by phone and then an onsite interview was scheduled. I was interviewed by the team and the team lead. I was technically qualified but it appeared that I was not a good fit for their team. When the developers asked me a technical question, it appeared that they fact checked my answer as I gave it by checking their laptops.
