I applied and very quickly got an email to schedule my initial phone screen. Within the week I had a really positive initial phone screen. I was approved for a second round interview the following week. From that point on, I was ghosted completely despite following up several times. 3 weeks after my call I received a form rejection. I understand if it wasn't a fit, but the lack of communication and the inconsistency was disappointing.
