Interview process was informal. Both of my interviewers were either new to the company or new to their position and did not seem to know what questions they wanted to ask. Both of them said they “hire based on personality, no skills”. It was conversational and lax, but didn’t feel like it was progressing towards anything. 2 interviews set up by recruiter. First 1 hour, second 30 mins both via zoom.
