Single interview process, 3 person panel; panel was supportive, using past experiences to answer questions. Fairly standard questions around teamwork and meeting deadlines not much different to other government interviews.

Entretien
I was interviewed by a panel of 3 people, and my experience was generally negative. Only slightly better than an AI interview in that the format was very textbook, they only read from their list of questions and didn't ask any probing questions. Basically felt overly robotic and not humanistic at all.
The next day they asked me to complete a psychometric test, which I did.
And since then, no response and no outcome. My application has been sitting as "Applied" for months.
I think it's a pretty poor experience, and a red flag if that's how they treat you when they are trying to entice candidates to the organisation.
