I met with recruiters at a career fair on campus. After a good conversation, I applied through the career portal at my university and was then contacted at a later date regarding an on-campus interview. After interviewing with a senior manager on campus, I was flown down to Tampa to meet with all different levels of employees and taken out to both a nice dinner and lunch.

Very fluid and clear interview process. Questions less pertaining to technical knowledge and more pertaining to thought processes and general skills. Interviewers were friendly and ready to answer questions & concerns.
