My interview process was very efficient and flexible for my schedule. First I spoke with one of the HR Managers and next had an interview with the director of the department I was applying for. I got asked a few questions about my experience and how I managed account optimizations and situations with clients. I was also in a group interview with other Paid Search and Marketing Managers, which went a little bit further into my experience and gave me opportunities to ask more questions about the team at 829 and how they manage their day to day work. From my first interview to my offer, the process went a little over a week and they were happy to give me a little time to make my decision.
