The process was extremely straightforward. I was referred by a colleague who introduced me to the Managing Partner. We set up an interview by phone and then a follow up interview in person. This was when I submitted my resume. I felt good after the interview and the next day I received a call offering me the job. We had discussed salary during the interview and they met my requirements.
