The initial interview was straight forward with multiple staffers, but the practical interview demanded so much work. It was definitely not an appropriate expectation for the fact that it expected 8+ hours of work. Despite them voicing a desire for equity, the application demanded a lot of free actionable deliverables for them to use without any compensation or flexibility, especially since I was working multiple jobs during this application process.
