Majority of process was standard; HR, Hiring Manager, "project", team interviews What I really enjoyed and what stood out most to me was that instead of a normal take home project/presentation you do a 1x1 project work through with the hiring manager. GENIUS and I will be doing this in the future. It allowed her to see how my brain works in real time and for me to see how she manages, ask questions, supports team members. I was very impressed. Made it to final 2 but lost out to someone who already worked in the mattress industry. Would definitely interview again in the future.
