You first take two different skill assessment tests. If you pass those, you are invited to come in for an interview. The interview is with 5 people in a room plus yourself. They ask basic interview questions. If you do well there, they put you in a hiring pool which can take a long time to hear back from, depending on what they have for openings at that time.
