I was interviewed by the current general manager. He was really nice and asked lots of really good and thoughtful questions about my experience and problem solving skills. At the end of the interview, I asked about next steps and he told me that I'd done a good job and that he would talk with his team and get back to me within the week with an answer, regardless of his decision. I never heard from him. I even texted him to follow up and didn't get a reply. Really frustrating.
