This was the best interview process I’ve ever experienced. The structure was: - phone interview (meet and greet, background, work history, minimal technical talk) - video call interview (behavior questions, technical questions, coding world opinion and perspective questions, office culture details) - in person interview (2 hrs long, some tech questions, prev work experience, demo and review personal project) My favorite part about this process was the demo and review of a personal project. It allowed for me to be confident since it was my own work and allowed me to display how I set up my coding architecture and why. It was a great way to display/explain my work with minimal pressure.
