J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez 15Five en févr. 2020
Entretien
I interviewed for a remote position, and the everything was done over phone and zoom. There was an initial email screen with some short technical and non-technical questions, a non-technical phone screen, and then 3 zoom interviews. Every step of the process was pleasant, and the interviewers put me at ease. I would say the focus overall was more on behavioral and philosophical questions than technical ones.
The one downside was that the communication could have been better. There was a 3 week period between interviews where I did not know if I'd be moving forward or not.

Entretien
I had a call with two technical leaders which asked me high variety of questions. The interview was professional, we have discussed technical matters, previous projects, opinions and not just university questions. Then I had call with CTO about company and it's culture. I would say it was really good interview process with really good pace and insight.
