Of all the boilerplate questions, this one stood out because it confused me at first. My initial response was that I had just graduated law school and was looking for a full time job. The interviewer specified that he wanted to know if I only planned to work there for 6 months to a year until I found a new job. I think this is a common occurrence with the company.
