- Poor progression in retail, and no clear guidelines/pre requisites to get promoted. Your only way is to become a friend somehow with the right people.

- Poor data reliability for an analyst position, only Excel, no data bases, no SQL.
- job highly repetitive, not interesting, highly operational and manual

- No package at all, only your salary and your holidays
- Huge turnover (more than half the people who joined when I did left within 1 year)
- Little International mix, mostly UK people
- HR blatantly lied during the recruitment process, promised 1-2 years to go up 3 positions, more of the contrary in reality.
- "Graduate program" is NOT a graduate program at all, no rotation, the same position in a permanent contract. Appealing word for a repetitive job in reality.
