Avantages
I've worked under Optum Insight full time for five years. The teams I've been on have been remote with no pressure to come into the office. The company seems pretty stable--at least I've never been worried about layoffs. Work life balance is great, as you just need to deliver what you sign up for and you're not expected to log on after hours or on weekends. Considering all that, the pay is decent as well. The people I've worked with have all been team players, and I've always felt supported by my managers. Wo
Inconvénients
Being a large company, there is a necessary amount of structure, but that can make it hard to move quickly, whether it's making a decision that involves product and engineering, or moving to a new role or team if desired. Also not surpringly, the company trainings and communications can feel sterile and corporate.
