Avantages

Working as a social media executive at ICF Next has been a rewarding experience overall, but it’s not without its challenges. The company offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment that fosters creativity and innovation. I’ve had the chance to work on impactful campaigns alongside a talented team of professionals, which has been a highlight of my time here. On the positive side, the company is strongly committed to professional growth, offering opportunities for training and skill development. The team culture is also collaborative, with colleagues who are supportive and willing to share knowledge.

Inconvénients

That said, there are areas where improvement could elevate the experience further. At times, communication between departments can be a challenge, leading to occasional delays or misalignment in projects. Additionally, while ICF Next provides access to excellent resources and tools, the workload can be quite demanding, and better work-life balance initiatives could make the experience more sustainable.
