      Great digital mindset

      Avantages

      I work in the digital department at HQ in Brussels. Our CTO is a real mentor, always thinking out of the box and not afraid to try new things, even if this means failing from time to time. The various teams are pretty autonomous, working fully agile and can directly have an influence on the roadmap. Colleagues from other department are very nice as well, as everybody is striving towards the same goals, while keeping it respectful and fun.

      Not that i can think of really.
