Great place to work but you need the mentality to fit, fight for what you want and keep a good work-life balance.
Avantages
Seeing the negative recent reviews, I felt obliged to add mine. Growth opportunities in roles being created and in contributing to expand and build the required structure as the company is highly expending worldwide. This requires local talents everywhere, so your opportunity to shine. Evolving product on a weekly basis. Nice colleagues and atmosphere: transparency, fun and flexibility in approaching problems to be solved. Trial and error is key to succeed in such environment. You manage your planning as you want as long as the work is done.
Inconvénients
Some pain points of growing fast : lack of processes and structure which require a lot of time and energy aside to build those and make your own organisation efficient. Difficulties to attract talents because HR based in UK does not have any clue about benefits and salary packages locally. e.g. car leasing in Belgium Managing your work-life balance can be hard when you don’t have the seniority in work experience to disconnect your slack and your mail at some point. No one forbids you to do so but discipline on that is complicated to keep.
