Management is shockingly incompetent, the Customer department top management has no idea what the business is and probably never opened the product. So the whole department is broken. On top of a great product, the company is accumulating a long list of unusable solutions. Great for marketing, not so much for customer value. Some of the most talented employees are leaving in all departments and the senior management is apparently doing nothing to keep them, probably because finance and HR think it will put the company in a better place to not have to pay for these competent employees. Why the CEO would let a very promising ship sink and not give the power to the respected individuals who can actually deliver is a mystery.
