      Avantages

      Great work environment, everyone at Capital is extremely thoughtful, supportive and team oriented (managers as well as team members). Tools are provided to learn and develop (which is extremely encouraged). Flexibility is offered to associates. Great pay and benefits (best I have ever encountered) in Switzerland. Management really cares about associates and their well being.

      Nothing to mention. I feel extremely lucky to work at Capital.
