Avantages
When you join the company you will be told you will get good full support. But after few days you will not be judged on your efforts but on the calls and number of submissions.
Inconvénients
You are from a IT side and then also they will make sure that you work on Pharma. If the team is not having IT clients, don't know why Eteam is hiring people. In a day or week, 10-20 new employees join and then they are thrown out from the company after 2 months Eteam wants you to work for more then 12 hours. Eteam wants you to work on weekends as well and if you don't work they will say that where have you given your efforts. Dont have much clients and positions to work and still want you have N number of calls.
