Avantages

- Culture was inclusive - State-of-the-art HQ in Philly suburbs - Executive management was approachable and genuinely interested in new ideas and feedback from workforce - Industry-leader in providing advisers with comprehensive practice management software -SaaS

Inconvénients

- Pay is below industry average - Nepotism- many associates have parents that are very successful advisers that use eMoney - 95% of employees do not understand financial planning basics-- No FIN, all TECH - Lack of organization/communication between departments - Difficult to assess where you stand in terms of your work performance - 401k plan is weak and health insurance is not comprehensive
