      Avantages

      Sees its workforce as a team full of people, not a machine. A rare company that states its core values and actually lives by them. Excellent place to work.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are incredibly generous for individual employee, but not very good for adding on family.

      Avantages

      Honestly, the people here are the real deal. No politics, no ego, just genuine humans who communicate well and actually listen. Leadership is humble and open to feedback, which is rarer than it should be. The flexibility is real too, not just lip service.

      Inconvénients

      Growing pains from bringing on new people and scaling, but that's a good problem to have. Nothing that would make you think twice.

      Avantages

      Great culture and team environment! It feels more like a family than just a place you work and we all have a stake in the game. Multiple coworkers that have been there for over 10 years and I am proud to be one of them. It is hard to find a place of work where you feel valued as not just a worker but a human being and your well-being is valued just as much as your performance.

      Inconvénients

      I honestly do not have any cons. It is the best place I have ever worked.
