      Avantages

      I have been working at Vertex – full time for more than 9 years Great collaboration culture - Great people to work with - Innovative ideas are welcome – Integrity. Excellent process and delivery framework. There is a cordial atmosphere where every employee is here. The leadership is very good. Diversity not just talked but practiced too

      Inconvénients

      No onsite rotation, too much customer focus. No other cons that i have come across or seen so far

      Avantages

      Very good managers. They mentor you to help you perform your best. As long as you deliver the results you have nothing to worry about anything else.
