      Avantages

      Very good leadership in place and the training programs available for all levels of employment is top notch. Senior leadership truly create a family type of approach with the sales and sale support teams. Incredible approach toward safety at every level of the organization.

      Inconvénients

      Very minimal but if I had to say, there is always opportunity to improve our overall processes. certainly based on our current economic conditions.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
