      -Large company, lots of opportunities -Good benefits package -turnover rate seems pretty low

      Inconvénients

      A lot of equipment is in poor condition breaking down often, parts and support availability is sketchy Proper maintenance of equipment is sacrificed in the name of making the numbers look good Raises are minimal

      Avantages

      For the most part, United Rentals is a great company to work for. They care about their employees & promote growth from within.

      Inconvénients

      The RELIABLE ONSITE SERVICES division is a total and complete DISGRACE to United Rentals name due to the Management team. Over worked and under-paid. Drivers should never come close to exceeding their DOT hours. Service trucks continuously break down, sometimes for weeks at a time. Promises are made by management but are not carried out. The way routes are dispatched is completely not efficient nor achievable. Employee's are moved in to the wrong positions.
