      Avantages

      Solid and stable company with good benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Lack off support from Management. No access to DSM and or DM. To much micro management. No balance between work and personal time.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
