      Avantages

      Strong diesel mechanic. Good with hvac. Certified in electrical ARC flash safety and training. Ives OSHA forklift and aerial boom lifts certified. Maintain a DOT physical. Complete work orders in a timely manner. Great working with customers. Strive to meet customers demands.

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of over time.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
