      Steady work, good benefits, good pay, a lot of room for advancement, tuition reimbursement, strong focus on safety

      Inconvénients

      Notoriously understaffed. Long hard hours. A lot of driving. Do way more than just your trade, whether you like to or not.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
