      Alot of imcompetence at the company due to lack of training from the managers all the way down! Glass ceiling on advancement Lack of initiative in employees.

      Avantages

      For the most part, United Rentals is a great company to work for. They care about their employees & promote growth from within.

      Inconvénients

      The RELIABLE ONSITE SERVICES division is a total and complete DISGRACE to United Rentals name due to the Management team. Over worked and under-paid. Drivers should never come close to exceeding their DOT hours. Service trucks continuously break down, sometimes for weeks at a time. Promises are made by management but are not carried out. The way routes are dispatched is completely not efficient nor achievable. Employee's are moved in to the wrong positions.
