      Enjoy being part of the industry leader. Always get the sense that Senior Management genuinely cares about its employees.

      Inconvénients

      Administrative overload. The documentation and paperwork practices detract from operational efficiency.

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
