      Benifits are great pay is great love the work atmosphere

      16 to 22 hour days depending on if we have events. Being asked to do 2 dvirs incase i get pulled over by dot

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
