      Avantages

      Had a very good safty program with alot of opportunity to move up in the company. Also the people I worked with were like family and it made for a great work day everyday

      Inconvénients

      I didn't injoy the on call time and the way you were paid for it.also the full fast was a pain in the butt only working right half of the time

      Avantages

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
