      Avantages

      Mix of supervision and MD only. Mostly supervision of AA and Residents. Case variety: Ortho, Urogyn, Bariatric, Plastics, ENT, OMFS, Trauma. More specialized staff perform Regional, Neuro, Transplant. Health care and retirement benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Call schedule, hours, very little non-clinical time. Vacation and salary.

      Great benefits and medical insurance coverage, very collaborative atmosphere with faculty inside and outside UTHealth, cutting-edge research.

      Inconvénients

      No more job security for early career investigators due to recent budget constraints.
