Great work atmosphere. Transparency between managers and reps. The best upward mobility out of any company I have came across or heard of. The salary is better than most jobs I interviewed for, after recently graduating from college, but you make as much as your work ethic allows. The commission on top of salary means you can basically choose whatever salary you want to make. But what’s interesting here at trinity, everyone wants to see each other do well. If someone in the office succeeds, we all succeed. Got promoted into leadership position after first couple months of working hard, promoted again several months later after doing leadership job well, now in a position I really enjoy and the room to move up again is there.
Inconvénients
The white shirts that they give you stain easily.
