Avantages
Very team oriented, always room for growth, promotes from within. Gain a lot of knowledge and life experiences.
Inconvénients
Some departments are more willing to help than others. When one or more team members are over loaded, and others have offered help, management she be more than willing to allow said help. Additionally, when a manager orders for a termination, they should be the person in on the meeting when terminating that employee instead of hiding. I feel that as employees of the company, they should be notified of changes that are being made in the company, prior to the information being expressed in national or local headlines. Its not fair to the people who work for said corporations to hear it elsewhere.
