Avantages

TriNet has top notch bundled HR products go. While I was there, I was well over plan. I would have stayed with the company if I had a different manager.

Inconvénients

I left the company, due to terrible management. Upper management doesn't look hard enough at why they are losing Sales Consultants that are successful. Sales consultants that are successful, in spite of the sales prevention caused by promoting people, who were good Sales Consultants, to management positions that they are, neither qualified to be in, nor create an environment to foster over-achievers or, even a healthy work environment.

Avantages

Great colleagues and previously great benefits and remote opportunities. I learned a lot in my role and was able to contribute to the development of my team's processes. A lot of training options including certificate tracks, wellness sessions and financial learning.

Inconvénients

Frequent recurring layoffs, which results in a lot of insecurity and suspicion. Leadership decided to invest in new centers in Atlanta and India, reducing remote options and US-based roles, and offsite gatherings for several hundred employees right before a large, company-wide layoff. Very little opportunity for advancement or promotion.
