      -Appling is relatively easy. -As a third-party hiring agency, has a spectrum of jobs to enlist in -you can transfer or relocate without much issue -has many apps, sites, tools, and resources top look up

      Inconvénients

      -certain things such as PTO is unclear as how it accumulates -must complete training for both the thrid-party company and the company you work for separately, -might have to set up two working em,ails one for the thrid-party, and the other for the company you applied for
