      Avantages

      This company is led by leaders who fit into their roles naturally. They regularly inspire their teams to greatness. You can move up quickly if you have good work ethic. Don’t expect to survive very long if you’re the type of person who needs a manager telling you what to do to stay productive. You’re pretty self-made at T-ROC. That’s one of the many reasons why I love working here so much.

      Inconvénients

      I’ve yet to encounter any cons.
