This is a large company so you have access to all the resources and prestige of the company when you are selling work in the industry. Despite being a large company each office and division seems like a small company, because ultimately it is run like a small company. The people are genuinely nice and you can have a flexible schedule.
Inconvénients
This company doesn't focus on organic growth and does not care about fostering growth for their employees or operating units, they make money by acquisition. The operating units operate completely independently from each other and subsequently it's all about you. Your office, your operating unit, your boss will provide no business plan or support. If you can create your own business leads internally/externally then you will be fine. However expect people to insular and not share work with you when you send work their way.
