      Shift generally ends before 1:00 PM Regular physical activity Empty salesfloor prior to opening time Unlike most roles, inbound team is never asked to fill in at cashier

      Inconvénients

      Truck unload was often twice per day and at double speed during holiday season Congested receiving room and lack of empty vehicles for sorting freight were common Frequent shuffling of supervisors and managers with no introduction to their replacements

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
