      Good pay, Surprise bonuses, easy work, on job training, if you can count and stack boxes easy

      hard work, not a lot of workers, very hot during the summers, non consistent hours

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
