      -shifts went by fast -lots of people to meet and interact with -easy to get a job!

      Inconvénients

      -no compromising with schedules, especially if you are a student -thrown into situations with little training -incompetent management -overbearing supervisors

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
