      Avantages

      I mean it's retail so the work is typically easy and wont kill you.

      Inconvénients

      Just about everything else. Cliquey management, target does that whole minority / female empowerment thing, but seemingly more than most mega corps. You know what I mean.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Inconvénients

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
